To minimize conflicts when the Application Gateway tries to listen to TCP/UDP ports:
Disable following Services: - Distributed link tracking - Remote Registry - Server ... to free TCP port 445 (SMB file sharing) - Windows Remote Management (WinRM) - ...
Disable File Sharing (TCP Port 139) etc.: - Uncheck "File and Printer Sharing for Microsoft Network" on every network adapter - Select "Disable NetBIOS over TCP/IP" in "Advanced TCP/IP Settings" / "WINS"
Change ListeningPort for RDP as necessary: - change HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Terminal Server\WinStations\RDP-Tcp\PortNumber to e.g. 9999
