Authentication at "incoming" routing entries

When looking for incoming routing entries during processing of links received via autologon:
- The logonUser and issuer stored in remoteInfo will be checked

When looking for incoming routing entries during processing of forward rules with DestinationIP local:RuleID:
- The email and issuer stored in the client certificate will be checked

Necessary keywords for checking:
CCRI:EmailAddresses ... list of email addresses
ISSI:"issuer" ... optional, same syntax as keyword ISS

Sample configuations can be found here.

Note:
In ApplicGate versions earlier than 10.1 the keywords CCR and ISS have been used when looking for matching incoming routing entries.
To avoid conflicts with SSL processing in incoming routing entries the new keywords CCRI and ISSI have been implemented.
