RSP Wizard for RSP project creation, project definition file

The uploaded file must be a .csv file formatted like the example below.
- Up to 5 optional protocols are supported.
- The row with header UIDprefix need not be in the first row.
- The row with header CustomerIP may be in any row after UIDprefix
- Any empty CustomerIP terminates the input.
- Any string in the field remoteApplicGate, NetworkShare, Oracle, RDP or UltraVNC selects this function.
- For the first computer the role remoteApplicGate is selected automatically.
