Configuration of Styles (colors of the web interface of the Application Gateway, 4 different styles are preconfigured):

Keyword STYLE:style ... style is the number of the style, may be 0, 1, 2, 3 (default) or higher if additional styles are definded.
(The keyword is valid only if GatewayIP2=manage, system wide setting.)

Additional styles can be configured as follows:
- Define a group with name "StyleColors"
- Within column IPranges define a list of colors
- 13 colors define a new style:
-- Window Background, Window Text, Table Header Background, Table Header Text, Cell Background1, Cell Background2, Cell Text
-- ID Column Background1, ID Column Background2, ID Column Text, Menu Background, Menu Background-Hover, Menu Text
- Note: "ID Column" is used for special columns in different tables that should have different colors.
- Different styles have to be separated by | or must start with a new line.
- A style definition must be completed within one line.

The group StyleColors can be created and updated via the web interface.
The styles can be selected per user via List Styles.
User settings are stored within a cookie and override the system default settings (defined by keyword STYLE).
