Updating the Routing Table via web interface:

To enable the web interface the keyword RTUPD must be defined at the corresponding manage routing entry.

New routing entries can be created using the link New Route or New Route (free text).
New routes are inserted at the position specified by the route ID.
If the route ID is higher than any existing route, the new route will be inserted at the end of the table.
Existing routing entries can be updated, moved or deleted using the links provided in the ID field of the Routing Table Read all list.
Move is implemented as a combination of delete and add.

Fields of new, moved or updated entries are filled with trailing spaces according to the field sizes in the table header.

To upload and load a completely new roting table via web, click here.

When updating the routing table via web interface, the old running configuration will be written in a file as backup (timestamp in the file name).
Then the original routing table file will be overwritten with the new configuration and the configuration will be loaded from this file.
