Keyword X11 ... X11 Support
SouceIP must consist of only one address!
Problem:
Session initiation is done from the client to the server using rexec (port512) or telnet.
X11 session setup is done from the server (X11 client) to the client (X11 display server) address.
Processing of routing entries with keyword X11:
At load time of the routing table a socket that listens to port 6000 on GatewayIP2 will be defined automatically.
Any read completion from client with rexec (port 512) will be processed as follows:
- Search for "$create/term/detach" and replace SourceIP by GatewayIP2
- Then the remote server (X11 client) will open a TCP connection to GatewayIP2 port 6000 (X11 display server).
Processing of incoming connections to GatewayIP2 port 6000 at the Application Gateway:
- Only if for this rule any active link exists from client to server, the session to the client will be established.
