Logging
A general logfile with name yyyy-mm-dd_hhmmss.log will be written into the current directory. The content depends on the LOG keyword within each routing entry. It will be switched at 00:00 if the size is greater than 10,000,000 bytes. It is controlled by the keyword FLG:state (keyword only if GatewayIP2=manage) ... state may be: nolog ... logging disabled, true ... logging with autoflash enabled, all other values: logging with autoflush disabled (default).
Sessions log file with name yyyy-mm-dd_hhmmss_Sessions.csv (keyword LGS must be specified in a "manage" routing entry to activate this logging): log some data on session termination, only for routing entries where UID is specified.
If there are routing entries configured for SIP: Logfile with name yyyy-mm-dd_hhmmss_SIP.csv that contains following columns will be written into current directory, depending on log level: LGC:0 ... no logging LGC:1 ... Start Time of Phone Call; Duration; Direction(In,Out,Loop) LGC:2 ... Start Time of Phone Call; Duration; Direction(In,Out,Loop); SourceIP; DestinationIP ... with anonymous SourceIP and anonymous DestinationIP (last octet filtered) LGC:3 ... Start Time of Phone Call; Duration; Direction(In,Out,Loop); SourceIP; DestinationIP; From; To
If there are routing entries configured for SMTP: Logfile with name yyyy-mm-dd_hhmmss_SMTP.csv will be written into current directory.
If there are routing entries configured for SPAM: Logfile with name yyyy-mm-dd_hhmmss_SPAM.csv will be written into current directory.
Logging for specific rules is activated as follows: Prerequisite: User must have privilege "manage" ! 1. Go to "Routing" 2. Click the cell "Gateway IP" of the rule you want to log. 3. If log file has not been opened so far: you will be asked to create a new one. Data about the the active log file will be displayed. 4. All currently open session for this rule and any new session will be logged to this file (full data) 5. Clicking the link of the log file will display the data. 6. Logging can be stopped and later on the log file can be closed. "Show data log files" within the menu gives a list of active and open log files
